Guardian Tactics uses a range of curricula that develops competencies in nonverbal threat assessment, de-escalation and deception detection. We have applications for law enforcement, corporate and NPO/NGO entities. LAW ENFORCEMENT GuardianTactics has developed de-escalation approaches that stand apart from law enforcement training, focusing on communication theory in persuasion and compliance. We train on two levels for law enforcement, direct training for officers, and curriculum and pedagogy instruction for department and academy trainers. All curriculum is supported with ongoing training, assessment and certification online. CORPORATE Corporate training focuses on threat assessment and de-escalation techniques in public interfaces such as travel and hospitality, banking and customer service contexts. We train to specific needs and cultural influences in identifying and responding to risk and escalating behaviors.
