Gurugram has emerged as the land of opportunities in recent past. Since beginning It remained a hub of automobile manufacturers. Now, IT sector, Service industry and other related sectors have boosted the growth to steep upward graph. As the growth went up, various parallel issues and challenges surfaced up which needed assisting hands. This inspired the emergence of The “National Human Welfare Council” ( NHWC ), as an NGO entity to lend the arms for welfare of needy in various constituents of society. The journey went on moving to provide medical assistance, basic requirements of poors, war level action in providing Food, medicine, oxygen etc. during COVID pandemic. During the journey, it was seen that “The growth of any country is directly proportional to the growth of Industrial sector in that country.” Moreover, our honorable Prime minister Sh. Narender Modi, exhorted “Vocal for Local”. Enlightenment of these fact gave a turn towards the welfare of Industrial sector. Organising Seminars for *MSME and large Industry, *Bringing the industry across the table of mutual exchange of ideas, *Brainstorming sessions, *Organising award functions and Industrial Expo. / Exhibition gave impetus to the growth of Industry. Extraordinary response to Industry, consequent demands of various industries and Industrial Associations across NCR and Haryana moulded the whole activities in to a Mission for NHWC.
