For several years, HEI Partners has been involved with an array of exploration, drilling, and mining operations in the United States focused on oil, gas, base metals, and precious metals. Under the stewardship of founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer Charles Reed Cagle, HEI Partners has assembled a network of engineers, geophysicists, drilling contractors, service companies, and other experts that facilitate a wide range of projects. Over the years, the firm has facilitated and managed partnerships across the state of Texas, notably the Gulf Coast Wilcox Trend, New Taiton Field in Wharton County, North Garcia Field in Zapata County, and Los Ojuelos Field in Webb County. Outside of Texas, HEI Partners has coordinated operations in the extensive Black Warrior Basin in Mississippi and Alabama; the Iota Project in Acadia Parish, Louisiana; multiple sites in Colorado; and the Atacama Desert in Chile. With numerous partnerships and joint ventures established, HEI continues to build upon its record of success in the natural resources industry. Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, HEI Partners also maintains an active program of charitable giving, sponsoring such local organizations as Young Life, Outreachers, Rocky Mountain Kids, Kids on Bikes, and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
