HSD-London is also known as Housing Supply and Demand. We work closely with local councils, Housing Associations and other private and public sector partners, providing housing accomodation for immediate occupancy. We offer guaranteed rents on properties and are signed up on lease agreements up to 5 years depending on the location. Rents are still paid even if the property is void or vacant as it will be on a guaranteed rent scheme. There are no monthly management fees.
