William Schantz’ initial entrepreneurial effort, Senior Settlements LLC, was established three decades ago as a result of its $150 million dollar transaction with former Investment Banking powerhouse Bear Stearns. Not only did the deal put his new company on the map, but it also made him the man who single-handedly introduced the capital markets to life settlements.
