I Can! - recruitment agencies in south africa was established in 2010 when Alison Smeeton in conjunction with PMI, a JSE listed Adcorp Holdings subsidiary, started looking at training and employment opportunities for adults with a disability. They started the first Disability Academies with the purpose of providing an integrated socio-economic solution to stakeholders with an interest in disability. This is an end-to-end solution that positively addresses learning and employment opportunities for persons with a disability within a mainstream South African business environment. Since then I Can! has grown to also include disability placement services that focus on integrating persons with a disability into the workforce.
