Kheng Ly

Born with a visionary and exceptional business acumen, Kheng Ly sensed the wind of change in textile and garment business, and took no time to transform himself into real estate developer and investor, starting from 2002. Kheng Ly had built many projects that brought him credibility and experiences. In 2012, with a new team, Kheng Ly has decided to rebrand his company for a sustainable growth. Inspired by names of his three children, Kheng Ly renamed his company Brivia Group, focusing in real estate investment and development. With the birth of Brivia Group, comes the birth of YUL condominiums which contributes to the real estate excitement in Montreal. YUL condos is the first in Montreal downtown built by a Chinese immigrant in the history of the province of Quebec. Mr. Ly is actually very involved in community activities and has been donating his times and financial support to many great causes, including Montreal Chinese Hospital Foundation, Hôpital Sainte-Justine, Jewish General Hospital Foundation, Chao Chow Association of Quebec, Young Chinese Professional Association, Chinese Cambodian Association of Quebec, Vietnamese Chinese Association, Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, and fundraising activities for victims of natural disasters in China and Cambodia as well as many other causes that aim to promote and improve the quality life of the communities.
