incorporated orthodontics in 1983. He has lectured extensively in the United States, Poland, throughout Europe and the Philippines. In 2007 he was elected as an IAO Education Committee Chairperson and Examiner. Dr. Hughes is a past IAO President and is currently a Master Senior Instructor. Dr. Hughes is committed to the on going quality enhancement of his patients care, and superior continuing education of his fellow practitioners.
