The Love Lions Alive Project took on the task of keeping a whole reserve of lions alive and protecting them from sale for hunting or for body parts. We have subsequently taken in orphaned lions or lions seeking sanctuary from other parks, zoos or private owners. Our mission is to create an awareness that a living lion should be more valuable to people than a dead lion. Lions are not stock, not objects, not produce, not replaceable. LOVE LIONS ALIVE is a project aimed at creating awareness and an appreciation for live lions.
