For those of you who live outside Massachusetts, please do not be concerned. Due to the nature of tax cases, representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities is performed by fax, phone, U.S. mail, email, and Fed Ex. Even our in-state clients’ tax cases are resolved without us ever meeting the IRS or Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Our clients also never meet with the IRS or state taxing authorities. So, working with an out-of-state client is never a problem.
