The MyService and Support (MySnS) outsourcing company has set another milestone in its expansion binge as it moved its offices to a nicer and bigger edifice in Dasmarinas City this month. In the new MySnS building, the leading virtual solutions company that operates out of Minnesota in the US and the Philippines proudly announced that it can now accommodate more and bigger campaigns. Improved capabilities of MySnS accrue from the more spacious and well-appointed headquarters in a two-story building that boasts of a 150-seat capacity call center. The new MySnS building was constructed in pursuit of the company’s commitment to continuously provide a healthy work environment for all its employees. The new contact center is a sound-proof array of over a hundred stations equipped with brand-new computers, LCD screen monitors, IP phones and high-quality headsets specifically designed to deliver clear telephone conversations with customers across the globe. Each workstation features a contact center system that provides Predictive Dialing, Call Recording, IVR, ACD Inbound, Call Conferencing, and Real Time Monitoring. A conference room with large screen projector is available for meetings and training sessions. And to ensure zero downtime on a 24/7 operation, the facility was set up with dedicated power generator, brand-new in-house servers, secured with firewall routers and partnered with two of the country’s top ISP companies for redundant and dedicated high-speed internet connection and voice lines. MySnS provides customer services through outsourcing on a vast mix of industries. These services include telemarketing, email support and live chat which have proven to sustain technical and non-technical concerns, reservations, application processing, registration and advertisements and promotions. In essence, MySnS helps companies improve their revenues through outsourcing. The company was founded in 2004 in Minneapolis to provide automated LEC telephone and credit card front and back-end billing process. It maintains an automatic billing facility in the Philippines. All data is automatically backed up on and off site in its Minnesota office. Then and now, MySnS makes use of an Internet-based supply chain management system called ECX, an $8-million facility developed with Japanese support. This automatically tracks and controls all aspects of the business process from marketing to task management processing, billing, customer support, administering accounts receivables and more. On lead generation, MySnS makes sure that clients’ products reach the target market. This is done by collecting leads from email and websites, doing an internal scrub, filtering out the quality leads, and selling products to the identified buyer through its call center. MySnS also has an outsourced medical transcription subsidiary called MyFileBuddy, the one-number texting system OnTXT, the MyWirelessNeeds mobile content and service provider, and the Pentaztic technological breakthrough. MyFileBuddy customizes transcription services according to clients’ needs. In the new, bigger office, MySnS expects to set the pace in providing instant solution to supply chain management problems in the medical, manufacturing, logistics and many other industries that use paper in their day-to-day operations.
