About Us What started as an idea to offer families and friends assistance with sourcing accommodation away from home has become a company comprising a team of more than 50 professionals, divided into IT, Marketing and Customer Service departments, which grows larger each year due to the large number of customers satisfied with our service. History of the Company In 1997, Claudia Eleuterio created the company Open House Spain with the objective of helping families and friends, in the easiest possible manner, to source accommodation in Barcelona.
