Abhinam Yoga Center in India successfully concluded its last 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga TTC for its summer 2016 season at Dharamkot School in Dharamsala. The teacher training program, which started on 4th July 2016, saw participation of more than 20 students from all across the globe. The TTC program ended with a graduation ceremony wherein, the Academic director of the Abhinam Yoga School, Yog Namito, presented participants with their certificates. Beginning on their journey as future Yoga mentors, students were all enthused with positive energy and felt all the more content, peaceful and self-aware.

Abhinam Yoga Center is delighted to announce the opening of its second teacher training and retreat center in North Goa within the premises of the erstwhile Mayurra Hotel located at Morjim in North Goa. Located in Pernem at the northern side of Chopdem river, Morjim is endowed with a blossoming green environment and extraordinary wildlife in the form of Olive Ridley turtles. Known popularly as the Turtle beach, it serves as the hatching and nesting site of this endangered species of animal, making the sight an unforgettable experience. Abhinam Yoga School announced their schedule for 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC) at their Goa location for the 2016/17 season. The teacher training courses offered by Abhinam school specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa with a key focus on correct alignment. The 200 hour courses are taught over 4 weeks while the 300 hour courses spans over 5 weeks.

Abhinam Yoga Center has announced the starting dates of their classes and workshops in Dharamsala. Beginning on the 2nd of May until the 30th of July, 2016, this yoga center in North India will conduct two drop-in classes per day – one in the morning from 8.00am - 10.00am and one in the evening, between 5.00pm - 7.00pm. Before enrolling in the classes, interested participants are also invited to visit the centre, meet the teachers and the staff so that they can learn more about the school, its approach and process of participating in these drop-in classes.

Abhinam Yoga Center has just released the spring and summer 2016 dates for their yoga teacher training courses in Dharamsala in the Himalayan region of Northern India. These 200 hour YTTC courses are aimed at creating confident and professional yoga teachers. These teacher training courses are internationally recognized by the Yoga Alliance US and UK.

On 18th December, 2015, Abhinam Yoga Center in Patnem completed its final 200 hours Ashtanga Yoga TTC of the year in South Goa. Students from across the globe felt a sense of accomplishment, enhanced self-awareness and a feeling of inner peace as they closed their experience with a heartfelt ceremony. Namito, The Course Director of Abhinam Yoga School, presented the students with their certificates, after reciting familiar mantras, reverberating in a positive, collective energy, shared through love and compassion between each individual at the end of one journey and the start of the next, as yoga teachers.

Abhinam Yoga Center announced daily morning and evening drop in classes in Palolem, Goa. The morning class which starts from 8:30 AM-10 AM, is the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class while the evening class is starting from 4 PM- 5:30 PM, is Iyengar Hatha Class.
