Abhinam Yoga School successfully completed Goa 2015 season's first 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course in Patnem, Goa on 14th November, 2015. Students from different countries around the world took a giant leap in their yoga journey by joining this program which started from 19th October. Providing the students with practical training, methodology and experience, this yoga course in Goa helped students to deepen their own practice, individuality and the skillful expression in teaching others as well.

After successfully concluding 300 hrs TTC in Dharamsala in August 2015, Abhinam Yoga Centre in Patnem announced two 300 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Advanced Series Teacher training courses in January and March, 2016. This advanced course is only suited for experienced yoga practitioners who want to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Intermediate Series. The aim of this course is to share the knowledge and solid experience to people interested in deepening their Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice.

Abhinam Yoga School in Goa announces the schedule of its popular five day intensive yoga retreat for beginners. The 5 day program starts from 19th October, 2015 from every Monday to Friday. The main purpose of this workshop is to get people well acquainted with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series Yoga along with the Iyengar techniques with correct alignment practices using props.

After training the students for more than 200 hours of intense Ashtanga Yoga TTC in Dharamsala, Abhinam Yoga Center celebrated the graduation of students of the August 2015 batch. Most of the students were practitioners who were passionate about not only practicing yoga but had keen interest in understanding it as a whole subject.

Students from far and wide have come for this certified yoga TTC sessions in Dharamsala. Given the quality of training and widespread popularity, it had been booked to capacity. Students had opted for either 200 hours Ashtanga Yoga TTC Course or 300 hours which are spread out for over a month. In all 15 students from different countries have participated. Some applicants had to be rejected on grounds of inadequate yoga practice or health issues. Abhinam Yoga School had recently started the practice of interviewing all the applicants before confirming their registration. This is being done essentially to maintain the quality of students who come for training and to ensure they have enough yoga experience and are healthy to cope with this intensive course.

For all yoga practitioners who aspire to become teachers or want to improve their practice, this news is surely going to cheer them up. Conducted under the able guidance of Namito, The Course Director of Abhinam Yoga Center in Patnem, Goa, the courses are designed to create a foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice and involves in-depth study and understanding of the various postures and 'asanas' with correct alignment with the use of props.

August 24th will mark the start of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training course at the Abhinam School in Dharamkot, Dharamsala. This 200 hours and 500 hours teacher training course is the center's last running TTC course in Dharamsala after which they will move to their yoga center in Patnem, Goa. The center states that there are only five seats remaining for the course due to increased demand nationwide and globally. All the courses taught at Abhinam Yoga Centre including the Ashtanga Vinyasa TTC course, are certified by the Yoga Alliance.

Abhinam Yoga School has introduced two new yoga TTC courses in India for the convenience of participants who may have difficulty in participating for the complete duration of 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course for any reason. The five day intensive yoga course is for beginners, who would like to immerse themselves in yoga and learn Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar principles and techniques. The 100hr teacher training course is designed for students who do not have the time to commit to one whole month for the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in India, and instead are given the opportunity to split the course into two more manageable sized blocks to complete their training.

Abhinam Yoga Center has announced the commencement of a rolling-in system for its Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow 200 hr and 500 hr Yoga TTC in Dharamsala. Rolling-in system offers one-stop solution to those willing enthusiasts coming especially from abroad who are unable to join scheduled classes due to visa hassles and other such issues.

Abhinam Yoga Center At Dharamkot Inn is now offering flexible daily drop-in yoga classes twice daily for students of all levels and abilities. The morning Ashtanga Vinyasa class is from 8am-10am and the evening Iyengar Hatha class is 5pm-7pm. Both classes provide the opportunity for students from any experience and background to further their yoga practice and deepen their knowledge of core postures, improving personal strength and flexibility in a supportive atmosphere. All classes are taught by Yoga Alliance Certified Teachers with decades of experience practicing and teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga.
