400 Beverly Announces Acquisition of Virga Botanicals
400 Beverly, Inc. today announced it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake of the natural skin and body care brand Virga Botanicals. The acquisition is part of a strategy to acquire prestige beauty and fashion brands to be sold in the United States and internationally. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
