Locally-owned catering company Amazing Edibles announced today that it will be participating in the Jack Daniels Chicago Chili Cook-Off on April 12. Amazing Edibles founder Andrea Herrera is confident in her team’s abilities, despite intense competition. “We have won twice in the past 4 years - the two times we competed - and are going for our 3rd win on April 12.” The competition, which will take place between 2-5 p.m. at Sidetrack Video Bar, 3349 N. Halsted St., is expected to showcase the abilities of the best caterers and restauranteurs in the city.
