Dr. Gregory Finkelson, President of American Corporate Services, Inc., (ACS) announced today that the company has recently opened a Representative Office in Hangzhou, China. Located in the eastern Province of Zhejiang, the city has a population in excess of 8.8 million, nearly half-a-million more than New York City. Hangzhou is one of the most prosperous cities in Mainland China and is set to be the host for the 11th G-20 Summit on September 4th and 5th this year.
