Anson County Family & Pediatric Dentistry Launches Heightened Pediatric Care Efforts
According to a recent study conducted by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, the number of American children with untreated tooth decay is on the rise. Having reached an estimated 50 percent, this figure reveals those ages 2 through 11 are not receiving the dental care they need. In an effort to reverse this trend throughout Wadesboro and the surrounding areas, Dr. Thome of Anson County Family & Pediatric Dentistry has launched ramped up efforts to mitigate the most common circumstances leading to the lack of dental care among local children.
