Internet Journalists Everywhere Win Victory in Apple Case
The story covers the recent victory of a lawsuit brought by Apple Computer to try and get three web site owners to reveal the source of their information. The site owners argued that they were journalists and did not have to reveal those sources, a lower court said they did, an appeal said otherwise and by doing so set precedence for all Internet publishers.
