Orthopedic surgeon and founder of Bennett Orthopedics and Sportsmedicine (www.bennettorthosportsmed.com) William F. Bennett, MD, recently started a sister company in Sonora, Mexico called Ziptek Sa De Cv, equivalent to an American LLC. Bennett, who has been practicing orthopedic medicine for 20 years, started the medical device company Ziptek, LLC of Sarasota (www.ziptekglobal.com) in 2012, and now has seven patents expanded globally.
