This 3,206 sq ft building on 0.83 acre, situated as a prime outparcel of Garner Town Square, is poised as an excellent investment along US 70 Bypass. With over 210 feet of direct visibility on US 70 Bypass, over 66,000 vehicles pass this location every day, traveling to and from major Triangle employment centers. One of the largest Taco Bell franchisees in Carolinas market – Luihn Foods purchased the building. Originally constructed as a Schlotzky’s Deli restaurant in 1997, it was most recently occupied by Locked and Loaded Grill. Nikita Zhitov of Blue Sky Services Real Estate facilitated the transaction.
