Harmer Named President of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians
Dr. Harmer has been licensed in optometry since 1975 when he received his optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Harmer has been a member of the NJSOP for 43 years and has served on the board of directors for the over 650-member organization since 2009.
