Cavallo president, inventor, teacher and best-selling author Carole Herder possesses an inquisitive mind and a powerful desire. Ms Herder didn't grow up with horses; she was a city girl who had to wait until adulthood to follow her passion by moving to the beautiful Sunshine Coast and learning to ride.
