Century Controls International, Inc. (the “Company”) (Pink Sheet Symbol “CUYC”) announces it has acquired PetroResources, Inc., a Nevada corporation through a share exchange. PetroResources is in the oil and gas industry and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
