After being lost to rain two weeks ago, the make-up Champion Racing Oil National Open will be a stand-alone program, paying $25,000 to win and $1,000 to start the 40-lap World of Outlaws main event.

The Champion Racing Oil National Open is an event with more than 50 years of history that includes the biggest names in motorsports competing at half-mile Williams Grove Speedway, one of dirt racing's legendary venues. This year's 3-day competition offers a pair of 25-lap, $10,000 to win mains on both Thursday and Friday plus a 40-lap Championship Race paying $50,000 to win on Saturday.

Engine Builder Magazine, Fel-Pro Gaskets, and Speed-Pro Pistons; as major sponsors, are looking for the best example of creativity and innovation, training and education, merchandising and promotion. Plus evaluation of professional standards, conduct, appearance, business management, community involvement, business growth, achievement and victories. Engine builders can nominate their own businesses, or others can nominate performance engine building businesses.

In addition to claiming $25,000, Dewease also kept the Morgan Cup at Williams Grove for the local, Pennsylvania Posse fans. The win is the second of the season for Dewease who stood in victory lane at Williams Grove on May 20.
