D3 Consulting to Participate in Collector Car Competitive Rally

The Great Race starts in Traverse City, Michigan. From there, it will run north along Lake Michigan to the Upper Peninsula, cross into Canada at Sault Ste. Marie, then travel east along the north shore of Lake Huron, south toward Lake Ontario and east toward the crossing back into the United States at Thousand Islands, then back west along the south shore of Lake Erie and toward its finish line in the Detroit area. In all, the race will cover 2,000 miles, cross four states and one Canadian province, and afford sights of all five Great Lakes.

To be eligible, applicants must be a citizen in a North American country, enroll or be enrolled for the 2012-2013 academic year at a college or university in North America as an undergraduate, register as a full-time student, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA), have a selected major in Math, Science and/or Engineering, and have a family member that has a business relationship with D3 Consulting.

Dedolph to Head Task Force on Heavy Duty Cleanable and Reusable Filters

Last month at the American Trucking Association’s 2012 Annual Technology & Maintenance Council Meeting a task force was formed to study the advancements in cleanable and reusable air, fuel, hydraulic, coolant & lube filters for class 6, 7, & 8 vehicles. The TMC Task Force, chaired by Karl Dedolph, will submit a recommendation when completed to their members and the trucking industry for a ballot request to become a Recommended Practice (RP).
