Pacific Plastics Injection Molding (PPIM), a division of Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI), recently expanded its 24,000-square foot facility to 46,000 square feet. Together, the DPI facility in Minnesota and the PPIM facility in California now total 99,000 square feet. In addition to meeting rapidly increasing manufacturing demand, the larger space is part of a three-year growth initiative.

Her board committee experience includes board director nominating and election; executive review; CEO succession and selection; compensation; and 401k and profit sharing.

Maciej will be responsible for creating new customer partnerships and assisting DPI's customer advocates and sales engineers with securing program renewals. She will also provide critical information for the DPI team to proactively meet customer expectations.

After 40 years of leading Diversified Plastics, Inc. to success, James R. Dow retires as president. Succeeded by Kevin G. Hogan in August 2017, Dow will continue to serve as chairman of the board for Diversified Plastics, an award-winning, custom plastic-injection molder of high-precision thermoplastic components.

Sourinta will play an integral part in continuous advancement and maintenance of Diversified Plastics' quality systems to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements. In this role, he will also be responsible for training and keeping the company current and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
