Trusted News outlet CNBC has reported that one-third of shoppers across the United States, UK, and Canada started their Christmas shopping over the 2015 Labor Day holiday weekend. In addition, Business Insider reports that shoppers intend to spend at least 100 dollars more this Christmas season than they did last year. Holiday spending is on the rise, and those shoppers who have not yet started purchasing gifts need to begin formulating a plan.
