Fortress Arms Launches Increased Focus on 1911 Customization Prompted by Demand Rush
According to a report released in late 2014 by the National Rifle Association's Institute for Legislative Action, more than 100 million new guns have been sold in the United States over the last 15 years, adding to the more than 200 million already registered by owners. Despite recently proposed increased stringency in gun control laws, sales remain strong to date, displaying a slight gain from last year. In response to this growing demand, Steven Spruell of Fortress Arms has launched the company's increased focus on custom 1911 manufacture.
