Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree from George Washington University. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, in her approach to working with clients and their needs. Cindy enjoys working with “tweens”, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in substance abuse, self-injury, school-avoidance, giftedness, cultural issues, and military family issues.
