Green Solar Technologies, a U.S. solar energy company, recently entered into an agreement with Spectrum Properties LLC, a California-based real estate investment company specializing in ADUs, to install residential solar panels on homes acquired by Spectrum Properties LLC. ADUs (accessory dwelling units) are separate living units either attached to or separate from the main home. The arrangement with Green Solar Technologies is an effort by both companies to offset the environmental impact of the ADUs’ additional energy usage.

Spectrum Properties, a real estate investment and development company based in Los Angeles, was started by two partners with vast experience in construction and renewable energy. Spectrum specializes in the purchase of properties that can be developed into properties with additional dwelling units (ADUs) - a value added type of real estate investment that yields far greater returns than other forms of residential development projects.

Green Solar Technologies, a national solar installation company out of southern California, will be sending their race team led by motorcycle racer Sahar Zvik to compete in the MotoAmerica Championship of Utah. The event will take place at Miller Motorsport Park in Erda, UT beginning Friday, July 20th and going through Sunday, July 22nd.
