Greenwich Bioidentical Hormones announced the commencement of an educational campaign designed to inform the general public about the advantages of a particular type of hormone replacement therapy. The new campaign will include a number of media appearances by the company's founder, Dr. Edward Jacobson, as well as the issuing of a variety of informative printed resources on the company's website and elsewhere. It will focus on countering certain misconceptions which have arisen in conjunction with the use of synthetic hormones for replacement therapy, as well as on spreading word of the advantages of natural, bio-identical hormones for the same purpose.
