Belly fat is the most common problems that many men and women face irrespective of whether they are obese or not. Obesity of course has its own health risks but belly fat is also associated with risks such as heart diseases, stroke, cancer, arthritis, etc. And hence it should not be ignored. The New Year begins with resolutions and the most common of all is to lose weight.
