IMB Academy to Host Free Martial Arts Classes in January to Help People Kickstart New Year's Resolutions
Martial Arts have held a fascination for decades, and undoubtedly movie legend Bruce Lee still casts a large influence over the popularization of eastern martial arts. In the 21st century, mixed martial arts has also inspired a new generation to take a more fluid approach to martial arts. The IMB Academy is run by a student of Bruce Lee, Richard Bustillo, who marries this fluid approach with expertise in a wide variety of martial arts styles to offer a broad foundation for students. The Academy is now offering a Free Martial Arts Class in January to help make 2016's New Year's Resolutions easier than ever to stick to.
