MJM Innovations, a firm specializing in electronic transaction software solutions and management services for the transportation industry, announced today that it has been chosen by Harris County, Texas, to implement electronic fare and data technology for the county’s RIDES program. The RIDES program provides non-emergency transportation services to the elderly, individuals with disabilities as well as low-income residents of Harris County who are unable to access traditional METRO services. Harris County, Texas is the third most-populous county in the United States, and the RIDES program provides services in more than 1,500 vehicles.

MJM Innovations, a firm specializing in electronic transaction software solutions for the transportation industry and management services, announced today that it has renewed its contract with the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) to continue administering the Taxi Access II program. MJM Innovations oversaw the development and implementation of the Taxi Access II premium service model that provides on-demand taxi service for individuals with disabilities and has continued to manage and support all aspects pertaining to the program since its inception in 2004.
