Everyday a human body undergoes a lot of stress due to a variety of factors. Overburdened at work, irregular hours of work, stress at home, financial issues, mounting responsibilities and above all a not so favorable lifestyle; these are some of the factors that are putting the human body at a greater risk than ever.
