NextFab Studio has quickly gained a reputation in Philadelphia for leading innovation and creative thinking. It is only fitting that NextFab Studio would host the opening events at this year’s Philadelphia Science Festival. The kick-off party begins on April 18th and marks the start of a ten-day festival. The festival will undoubtedly include some of the most exciting displays of science, technology, and engineering that Philadelphia has to offer.

For those in Philadelphia who are looking to get creative with their hands, they can come and enjoy an event presented by NextFab Studio on April 25th from 6:00-9:00pm to learn from the professionals at Smooth-On. They are excited to welcome them as they present the seminar of “A Beginners Guide to Recognizing Your Molds.” The tech shop in Philadelphia has this event available to all of those looking to learn the craftsmanship of mold making.

NextFab Studio has a great environment for both the people who work there as well as the innovators that come to them for help with ideas that they like to plan a get together for all involved at the studio. For the first time at the new location, 2025 Washington Ave Philadelphia, NextFab Studios is having a “NextFabulous Social” on February 21st to get everyone together and not for anything else then to have a good time.

In less than 3 years, NextFab Studio has grown tremendously in all sorts of ways. The studio has new people signing up weekly and more classes being implemented into what NextFab Studio provides its members. With all f this growth and prosperity, it is no surprise that a new and bigger location would be needed to help NextFab Studio accommodate its new members and keep the building process moving forward. On January 17th, 2013, NextFab Studio will be showing off its new location with its members and encouraging anyone who is interested in what they do to join them at their new location, 2025 Washington Avenue Philadelphia, PA.

After having much success at their old home at 3711 Market Street with digital fabrication in Philadelphia, NextFab Studio has found a new home at 2025 Washington Avenue. With more space, NextFab Studio is now able to meet the needs of a greater number of people with this new space.
