Software Developer Code Rebel Wins Judgment Against Aqua Connect in Federal Lawsuit
Remote desktop software developer Code Rebel, LLC today announced that it has received a judgment in its favor on all claims in a lawsuit brought by Aqua Connect, Inc., a rival software developer. The judgment stated that Aqua Connect failed to establish any act of reverse engineering by Code Rebel or any other illegal act that would support any of Aqua Connect’s claims.
