According to the EPA, 2.3 million tons of discarded textiles, including clothes, sheets, and pillowcases, are recovered for resale on a yearly basis. It's natural to wonder just who buys so much old clothing. It turns out that there is actually a huge market for used clothes and related items, and this market allows them to be resold all over the world.
