Perhaps the biggest leap from high school to the college level is the increase in personal responsibility. For 90 years the SAT has been the barometer by which students from different high schools are measured. Every few years the College Board, the creators of the SAT test, make adjustments to the exam, be it tweaks to the questions, the existence of an essay section, or the scoring rubric. As those changes are implemented, the students' approach to preparing for the test is fine-tuned. SAT Prep Group, based in Boynton Beach, Florida, has been helping high school students prepare for the important test since 2001. Most recently they unveiled a complete overhaul of their program, with changes made to their online classes, math modules, video library, and study aids. The changes are intended to better help students achieve high scores on the exam, and gain a better understanding overall of the nuances of the test.

Since 2001, owner and founder of SAT Prep Group Steve Kirshenbaum has been helping high school students improve their scores on the SAT and ACT tests. Over the years he has relied on a carefully selected group of tutors to utilize his program to improve the scores and confidence of teenagers as they aspire to greatness. Most recently, his tutor corps grew with the hiring of two new staff members: Hillina Kassahun and Tania Gay. For 14 years the coaches and tutors at SAT Prep Group in Boynton Beach, Florida have been helping students maximize their potential and achieve top grades on the ACT and SAT tests. On November 4th, that effort in the local Boynton Beach region was recognized by the Boynton Beach Award Program in the form of a prestigious award in the Education Service Category. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to determine the winner in each category, including data provided by third parties that demonstrated the exceptional marketing success in the local community. This award is the inaugural honor that SAT Prep Group has received from the Boynton Beach Award Program.
