Nine out of Ten Burglaries Left Unsolved: SMP Security Solutions Comments
The investigation asked all 45 police forces across the UK for burglary statistics and found that out of 2,125,861 burglaries, only 206,009 of the cases were solved. The statistics that came from London were possibly the most shocking in the UK, showing that only 3.7% of goods stolen during the five year period were recovered.
