The process of helping therapy clients through their problems and towards happiness and contentment can be a challenging one, to say the least. A therapist-client relationship is an intimate bond that requires mutual trust and respect, as well as a credible understanding of the client's circumstances. One psychotherapist recently discovered a new method of creating this bedrock by opening himself to late-night aficionados vis-à-vis television. Moshe Ratson (LMFT), a prominent psychotherapist in New York City, recently participated in a Showtime documentary series. The Showtime TV show, 3AM, takes a penetrating joyride into the bizarre world of late-night New York City. 3AM is a high-energy documentary series that focuses on five disparate colorful characters try to turn their fantasy into reality while partying well into the night (hence the title). It is a late night adventure that takes the "city that never sleeps" line and runs with it.
