Srei Sahaj e-Village Limited, a subsidiary of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, has partnered with Bharat Matrimony, India’s leading matrimony solutions provider, today to announce the launch of online matrimonial services for the rural population of India through the 28,000 Common Service Centres (CSCs) that Sahaj is setting up in the states of West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and Tamil Nadu.

Chaakri.in, a unique rural employment initiative from Srei Sahaj e-Village, has already placed over 1,200 rural people with the profile of Front Line Sales People / Front Office Managers / Security Guards / Tailors / Fitters / Draughtsmen during very first year of its launch. Chaakri.in is a job portal dedicated solely to the rural population providing sustainable livelihood to the otherwise marginalized unskilled / semi-skilled workers in the villages.
