In Spanish, It’s Not a Latte!

The French call it café au lait. In Italy, of course, it’s caffe latte. But in Spain and Latin America – and in the Cuban bastions of Miami – the combination of bold coffee (sometimes espresso) with scalded milk is café con leche or sometimes cafebar. Now there is a new version of this popular drink with a bit of a twist – Café con Leche Ice Cream from Blue Bell Creameries.

With This Ice Cream I Thee Wed

Every wedding should be celebrated with a toss of the bouquet, a toast to the happy couple and a bowl of Blue Bell Ice Cream…Blue Bell Groom’s Cake Ice Cream to be exact.
