TenantBase, the online commercial real estate platform built to help startups and small businesses find and lease office space, expanded their team by 60% in August and is thrilled to announce new hires to the Product, Research, and Commercial Real Estate teams in Orange County, CA and Nashville, TN. These new team additions come from a variety of experiences and backgrounds, including prominent brokerages and research companies.

On July 14th, 2016, TenantBase and OCPRENEUR collaborated with WeWork to sponsor an exclusive fundraising event for the local Orange County startup community. The event was held in WeWork's new location that opened weeks ago in Irvine, California. Chelsea Cain, director of marketing at TenantBase, and Naomi Grange of OCPRENEUR, created a new event series to support startups in Orange County by providing a customized event in which investors were chosen to complement the presenting businesses. TenantBase, the platform that helps small businesses and startups find and lease office space, recently announced the next phase of their Southern California expansion. TenantBase has graduated from the EvoNexus Incubator in Irvine and moved its corporate offices to Redstone Plaza in Newport Beach, CA.

TenantBase has announced that Max Morris, an 18 year veteran of the Orange County office market, will be heading all real estate activities as the company expands their operations into Southern California. Morris was formerly with SunCoast Properties in Orange County.
