Recent reports have highlighted that the rising prices of car insurance premiums are not only impacting a number of drivers in the UK, but those involved in servicing cars too. At the end of 2015, premiums increased by 7pc or an average of £43 – which has even dissuaded some people from driving. This has an impact on other industries, including the auto-repair and pneumatic sectors. It is thought, going forward, that a way of reducing the bigger business impact of price rises is to encourage more affordable equipment across the auto industry; it is thought that this will help drive repair pries down too and in turn prevent further insurance cost rises.
