This romantic comedy was produced in Detroit by The Shoe Lady Productions and So Real Entertainment. It is based on the bestselling book titled A Ho Needs to Stay in a Ho's Place, written by Tonja Ayers. The book was initially adapted into a groundbreaking stage play, Stay in Your Place, co-written by DuJuan Johnson. After two sold-out shows, the stage play received blazing reviews and accolades. There was a huge thrust of energy to take Stay in Your Place to the next level.
