Time Warner Cable of the Northeast now offers Digital Home Phone customers free new features, including Caller ID on PC, all controllable from any internet-enabled computer. A slew of great applications are available as part of Time Warner Cable's VoiceZone on PC rollout, all of which give customers multiple ways to control home communications with the latest technology; making user home phone experience simpler and easier.

Latest efforts to engage students in Western New York include participants from BEAM (Buffalo-area Engineering Awareness for Minorities) and MST (Math, Science, Technology) Summer Camp in Batavia, New York. The two groups were offered hands-on learning with Time Warner Cable’s signature Cracking the Codes in the Digital World curriculum.

While “Tech on the 10s” is only available Monday through Friday, Time Warner Cable still provides service calls seven days a week, ensuring that its customers receive the best service in the industry.

The Time Warner Cable 4G Mobile Network will launch in both Rochester and Syracuse August 1, 2010. Road Runner Mobile and Business Class Mobile will bring customers the freedom to take high-speed internet service with them outside the home and office. The new Time Warner Cable 4G Mobile network, covering more than 780 square miles in both markets, will deliver Internet speeds up to 6 Mbps or five times faster than 3G, making it the fastest mobile broadband network available.
