Vision Three Sixty Completes Construction for Collaborative Space Company Catalyst
Vision Three Sixty is pleased to announce the completion of the Catalyst project. Catalyst, a coworking space in Downtown Orlando, provides space for up to 100 workers. The coworking space is located on the fifth floor of the One South Orange building at 1 S. Orange Ave. Catalyst currently has a five year lease on the space. The working space is a unique fusion of modern and historical. The design intent focused on saving as many of the original buildings attributes as possible, such as the original brick walls and windows and exposed piping. Additionally, the team was able to save a large percentage of the spaces mechanical system and leave them exposed to further accentuate the age of the building.
