Screamtank Makes a Splash in Animal Planet's "Mermaids: The Body Found"
Launched in August 2011 by Primetime Emmy Award-winning sound design, composition, and mix engineer Damon Trotta, along with audio partner James von Buelow, Screamtank received credits for original music and sound mixing in the show’s May 27th premiere, which culminated in the network’s first-ever Monster Week. More than 2 million viewers tuned in to watch "Mermaids: The Body Found," making it the most-watched telecast since 2006. Monster Week was Animal Planet's most-watched prime time content since 2003.
